Quigonbond: You know, if I were throwing a party, and someone crashes it with a politically-charged message, I wouldn't be happy as well.

In that sense, I can appreciate if Umno thinks the municipal councillor's entourage was being rude. But there are ways to deal with this - such as politely filtering out these "guests" before they enter the compound, or if it is a silent protest, just let it be so as to show how democratic BN is on freedom of expression.

Then, you can use your press to great effect by saying how rude these opposition people are. But now, because of your predictably moronic behaviour, any sympathy for you or the PM gets blown up in smoke.

The only thing people will remember is how once again Umno resort to thuggery and gangster behaviour when they can't win a debate. It's embarrassing for Malaysians to be led by such a ruling party which is becoming too big and unruly for good of anyone.

Anonymous_40f4: The function was organised by the government and attended by Najib Razak, who is the prime minister, and yet the food provided is only apparently for BN members.

This is despite that the event is funded by taxpayers' money.

In future all would-be PM candidates must be sent for a crash course to learn how to behave as a PM for all Malaysians, and not only for BN members.

Earlier, it involved an incident in Sekinchan with DAP assemblyperson Ng Swee Lim. Such gangsterism is getting more rampant.

This decadent Umno government is starting to fear the rakyat and now get even paranoid over certain colours. It is a dying regime resorting to violence to intimidate its rakyat.

How Nor Omar can ever be a minister perplexes me. He is more fitting as a school bully than a minister.

He lied through his teeth in the NFC (National Feedlot Corporation) case, both in Parliament and elsewhere.

This is the problem with lowly Umno kampong-type leaders like Noh Omar. They can't tell the difference between BN and the government.

The government belongs to rakyat, and regardless of the ruling party. Noh Omar should attend the school that's being built as he seems to need a sound education.

The Umno members were already bitter and angry with their losses and gathered at the then Selangor MB's place. And when watching the people celebrating in their over zealous and excited way, they felt provoked and then attacked the people.

Then, they claimed that it was started by DAP. Today, they still claim the riots were started by DAP.

What kind of warped logic is this? Indeed, the law should be amended to allow anybody to attack others just because they feel bitter, jealous or hatred towards them.

If an Umno goon could spit and kick LGE's (Lim Guan Eng's) car in a recent incident, that shows the kind of respect that these Umno goons have not only for the CM of Penang but what more of the ordinary folks.

The only way the people can assure peace and harmony in this country is to show our protest at the ballot box.
