Who's Loco Over Correcting Locality Exercise?

The Election Commission said yesterday it was not “correcting boundaries” but “correcting locality on the ground”.
EC deputy chairman Datuk Wan Ahmad Wan Omar said correction of locality had been a common practice by the electoral body but that the exercise was put on hold, last year.
“Correction of locality means the Electoral Index or names in the electoral roll according to a locality which a voter registered in a polling district on the ground,” he told The Malay Mail.
“I don’t remember saying ‘boundary correction’. We’re not shifting any voters but we want to ensure that locality of the voters is put at the right location on the ground and the correct polling district.”... Malay Mail, 20 Mac 2012

We thought we can have a sigh of relief over the NFC scandal and claimed victory when a lamb was sacrificed because of the lack of cow sense bull$$$$ting that failed to beef up the explanations of where was the beef in all the taxpayer's money drawn down.

Now we are hearing of inventive vote registration terms like, 'correcting boundaries' to correcting locality on the ground.

What the heck does 'correcting locality on the ground' means when my brother who has never been to East Coast and voted for upteen years at Petaling Jaya in the last GE12 had his voting station in Kota Baru?

Is it using some Google map GPS or some bezier curve technique or maybe just toss the name in the air and see where it lands on BolehLand's map? 

Noone at this stage could explain how the 'correcting locality on the ground' has shifted his voting venue to over 200 km north?

Or have the shifted the election boundary and delineated his voting constituency all the way up to Kota Baru? Or have someone changed my home address in PJ to Kota Kinabalu... perhaps the city councils wanted to shift some PJ folks to Kota Baru so that the standard of living there is a wee bit higher if upper middle class folks are now staying in Kota Baru huh?

Show me that the EC is clean and not dirty, I'd vote for Barisan huh?

And now they say want to use two colours to make sure noone cheats in the election! Hello you can have rainbow colours painted on all fingers you can still cheat! Just shift folks under the guise of 'correcting locality on the ground' you'd get the 'new voter' being legitimately voting in say over 200 km away and still get his or her fingers painted! So where is the cheating eh?

This EC explanation is on the same level of stink of the cow's flatulent that was emitted at the NFC scandal and real cows too!

Can someone examine those experts who tell us they are of or in the right mind when undertaking their 'correcting locality on the ground'. The explanation really stinks to high heaven...

Perhaps the rural folks will believe the juicy explanation of the EC having the judiciary to undertake the 'correcting locality on the ground' exercise and we voters should not create a fuss and just go vote even if your polling station is located some 200 km away from your locality huh?

Other right thinking ordinary folks have really lost confidence in the integrity of the voters list. Even if one voter got displaced without valid explanation, it's still a crime and since we are a religious nation, a very de 'haram' sinful act and lie eh?

So who's really loco in trying to convince us that they are clean, trustworthy and not cheaters or liars in telling us if your polling station is over 200km away from your original home, it's valid due to the 'correcting locality on the ground' exercise.

Some fellos must really get their head examined over this loco unbelievable explanation?

And don't get us started over one home address having like the population of a village staying in it eh?

Do we really trust the EC's explanations that they are as convincing as those fellows embroiled in the cow-dominium scandal eh?

The EC can explain till the cows come home they are clean, honest and what have you or use two or rainbow colour ink but their integrity is just a load of bull to many of ordinary folks except those from the BN camp we can supposed eh?  - YAHMEH!!!
