1st charge of 'Street protest' means that 300,000 people committed the same offence! Why charge only 3 of them? Clearly political
2nd charge under s188 Penal Code, disobeying order of magistrates Court Order.
Judge ruled for the 2nd charge, all 3 will be on personal bond. Case begins July 2, 2012.
The Court was told that it was conspired with 3 persons to open the cordon, DSAI "Not guilty wasting court's time.
Bail set at RM500, until commencement of case on 2 Julai 2012.
