Anti-graft panel wants more evidence against Sabah CM
The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) operations evaluation panel has instructed the operations division to collect further evidence against Sabah Chief Minister Musa Aman before the matter can proceed to prosecution.
According to MACC deputy chief commissioner (operations) Mohd Shukri Abdull (right), the matter was presented to the panel at their last sitting in May.
“The investigation against Musa is on corruption (not abuse of power) and we have completed the investigation, but the panel has instructed us to get more evidence,” he said.
He had said this when asked by reporters if the investigations against Musa are among those hampered due to provisions under Section 23 of the MACC Act, as mentioned by PAS’ Kubang Kerian MP Salahuddin Ayub.
The section deals with the use of office or position for personal gratification.

Even now the European gov’ts and banks are investigating your PM on Scorpene and on Sarawak’s Taib & Sabah’s Musa. The whole world is harping on Taib's billions and Najib & MACC are pretending nothing happened. 3 murders possibly 4: Ross Boyert (Taib’s former US aide), Manser (native & rainforest activist) & Altantuyaa (Scorpene commission claimant) & Sabah's late CM Donald Stephens. What kind of integrity has your PM? He is a total disgrace to Malaysia. His impeachment is long overdue. Kleptocracy! A government that exists only to boost the wealth & grip of those in power. . A gov’t of thieves. Hence the kind of MACC you have, torturing opposition (Teoh Beng Hock) over a few thousand ringgits, when UMNO's corruption approach tens of RMbillions. What justification is there for these crooks & criminals to remain in power?
ReplyDeleteThe Scorpene case is coming to your doorstep, sooner or later….Isn’t God Almighty wonderful? Ceausescu, Mussolini, Saddam & Gaddaffi executed, Marcos & Suharto disgraced, Mubarak & sons in jail, Philippines’ Arroyo back in jail again. Just watch… The Malaysian show has begun.

MACC ! Wanting more evidence is just a delay tactic, even a child can see through your evil. You need more evidence for Sarawak's Taib? You need more evidence for NFC's Sharizat? And you killed Teoh B H that quickly on his wedding day! We'll get you MACC.

ReplyDeleteYou should call for the resignation or arrest of UMNO, MACC, Sabah & Sarawak leaders now.
Your PM’s Impeachment is long overdue. Scorpene scandal is only the tip of the iceberg. Think, before the arrival of internet media, twitter & blogs, how much has been plundered, squandered and hidden by Sarawak’s PBB & KL’s UMNO. Howard Zinn: “….…Our problem is that people are obedient all over the world in the face of poverty and starvation……….obedient while the jails are full of petty thieves…(and) the grand thieves are running the country. That’s our problem.”
