Perak Speaker Ganesan says not involved in any sex scandal

IPOH, Dec 21 — Perak Assembly Speaker Datuk R. Ganesan today denied he is involved in a sex scandal, saying he will lodge a police report on the matter.

“I will ask the police to investigate the claim. I’m not shocked because they are only made-up stories,” he was quoted in The Star Online as telling reporters here.

He was commenting on the contents of envelopes which Pakatan Rakyat assemblymen V. Sivakumar and A. Sivasubramaniam received outside the assembly earlier in the day.

According to the report, the envelopes contained a printed online article and a CD with a lewd picture, Ganesan’s portrait and a woman’s portrait on the cover.
