
PKR will be sending two representatives to Manila to meet with Philippines authorities and the victims who has allegedly been duped by Manuel Karingal Amalilio - a relative of Sabah Chief Minister Musa Aman.
PKR vice-president Tian Chua (left) said he, along with Subang MP R Sivarasa, will be leaving for the Philippines at 8pm tonight.There, he said he will meet with the reporters that had covered Amalilio, or as the 47-year-old businessperson is also known as, Mohammad Kamal Sa’aid.
“We will meet with government officials there. We have already informed them of this.
“This is a serious case that reflects on corruption in Malaysia. The Sabah CM has, more than once, been implicated in allegedly defending graft perpetrators.
“So we are going to get a more accurate picture of what happened in the Philippines,” he told Malaysiakini.
