Abdul Aziz was asked on the ROS letter citing the suspension of DAP's central committee , whether it would affect the party in placing its candidates in this election.
The ROS has just informed the DAP that it does not recognise the party office bearers elected late last year, following to a technical glitch in the tabulation of votes.
In view of this, the ROS ordered the DAP central committee to be frozen until its investigations are completed.
A copy of the ROS letter to DAP was sent to the EC.
