Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim's right-hand woman, Faekah Husin, announced today that she has quit from PKR as she was not satisfied with the sacking of her boss.
In a letter to the party's secretary-general, Datuk Saifuddin Nasution Ismail, Faekah said she has lost confidence in PKR which has failed to manage the Selangor MB crisis.
"I, as named and with the membership number as above, declare myself as out of PKR with immediate effect.
"I have taken this move as I have lost trust in the leadership which has failed to handle the Selangor menteri besar issue in the right manner.
"The actions and the way that the party's main leaders dealt with Khalid are clearly not in line with the values of justice that have been the party's struggle all this while since it was formed on April 4, 1999," she said in the letter.
