There has to be a serious rethink about the security situation in Sabah.  The Abu Sayyaf guys seem to be moving in and out at will.

Resources are stretched but I think money has to be used properly. I seriously think we can buy more than one boat with the money used to buy just one. More boats, more equipment etc will help this problem more.

I have said this before and I will say it again : the Abu Sayyaf problem will not go away. Not for a long time. In a population of 100 million Filipinos, just about three million Moros have problems with 97 million other Filipinos. I hope you can see the arithmetic.

And it is their culture, fueled by their religion too, that makes them "excluded". This problem is not going to be solved for a long time.

We have to clamp down hard, very hard on the security situation. For the time being it has to be a military and security solution.

It is time for UMNO Sabah to stop depending on the imported Moros to win the elections.

To all thinking politicians, here is the cheapest and best solution - clean up the politics in Sabah and you will not need the votes of imported Filipinos to win elections.

Then Sabah will be safe, peaceful and the best of all jadi lagi kaya.

For the longer term, we have to invest in the Southern Phillipines. Create schools, jobs and industries for them. Train them up. DO NOT set up madrassas.

Mentor the Moros to assimilate, integrate etc into the larger Filipino society. The Spanish have left already. Dont keep dwelling on the past. Look to the future. It is time for the Moros to become Filipino nationalists again.

One is Muslim the other is Catholic. So what?

By the way here is a picture sent to me yesterday Friday. This is Shah Alam. Some people are doing some demo thing after the Friday prayers. Those are clearly ISIS flags.

In Shah Alam?  I say brader tak cukup makan ke? Tak ada peluang kerja ke? Sabsidi tak cukup ke? PM kata unemployment almost zero.

Konpiused?
