She tweeted that Adam Adli and Syukri were being investigated over a press conference they spoke at about an assembly "that did not happen yet".
Mandeep, meanwhile, was in remand for purportedly having gone to support Adam Adli at the Dang Wangi police district headquarters, but Yesudas said this was untrue because Mandeep had been at another location at the time.
The three were arrested yesterday, ahead of the #TangkapNajib street demonstration in Kuala Lumpur this afternoon.
Yesudas said the trio were detained to prevent them from participating in #TangkapNajib rally in the city centre today.
"I'm referring to the #TangkapNajib rally, because when they were called in on July 31, the rally had not taken place yet," she told The Malaysian Insider.
"Adam and Syukri were remanded for six days due to the statement they made in Demi Malaysia press conference...the magistrate said the six days are required to carry out investigations such as fingerprint, photos and DNA taking process," she said.
Mandeep, Yesudas said, was remanded for four days on the grounds that he had presented himself at Dang Wangi police station yesterday, despite attending another programme.
"There was a misunderstanding that he (Mandeep) was at Dang Wangi... he was actually at #attheedge yesterday," she said.
"The police said because of his presence, he is considered a reasonable suspect...that was incorrect and we raised the matter with the magistrate but the magistrate said it was too late." she added.
