Jho Low Most Likely Has Cut A Deal With FBI, Bugis Clan Nailed On The Cross

Plenty of my readers are Malaysian, many in Singapore and plenty from all over the world as well. Thank you too for all the information, emails and comments into my blog. I just received this today from Kurt S. with some interesting insight on the 1MDB prosecutions outside Malaysia in particular Singapore, Switzerland and in the United States.

Kurt's view is that Jho Low the arch villain and controller of the Bugis prime minister has cut a deal with the FBI. Here is his reasoning and how much embarrassment it is going to cause us and cost us as well. Here is Kurt.

I wanted to share a few thoughts with you. My confederates Chinese Auntie and Simon the IT Guy are getting anxious about the prosecutions not moving forward.  

My thought is that they will prefer to roll out the Big Show in September. Another person asked me about this on the SR page and I answered like this:

From June 1 to Aug 31 is always slow, for the dumb but practical reason of vacation scheduling. Many moons ago I worked as an auditor for New York State Banking Dept (as it then was) and we just puttered along in the summer with field visits, interviews, requests for documents and routine paper pushing. 

Big cases always started in the fall.  I don't know if that still holds true but I'm expecting it. 

The bank accounts should all be frozen by now, and the real estate assets identified. The business of coordinating the prosecutions (huge international task) must be solidified over the summer. 

And of course the criminals can't really run away. 

The Singapore guys  - who seem seriously pissed off - might have a totally different modus operandi. 

But you know those Swissies are all in their little campers in August,  yodeling, eating muesli etc. Sooo...we'll see. 

They'll get the bad guys, I am very sure. (I'm in the mountains now myself so I'm hoping the main action waits for my fall & winter in P_ _ _ _ _.)

I have been pondering the whole Jho Low situation. He sold all that artwork in New York City, which I think would be impossible without US DoJ complicity. So here is my scenario.

Jho Low scared shitless, gets lawyered up in February when his social media accounts went dark. 

He gets on the yacht Equanimity.  He is fearful of the N ___ b Gang putting him in a barrel at the bottom of the South China Sea.  Maybe at this point he gets bariatric surgery in Taiwan to lose weight, and some facial surgery too. That's what I'd do.  He is too recognizable.

The big time white shoe law firm he has hired approaches FBI.  "Mr Low would like to avoid prison. What deal can we make?"  (I'd hire Mintz & Gold and specifically Ira Sorkin who represented Madoff.) 

US DoJ confers with the other prosecutorial teams. Finally, FBI is empowered to make a deal for immunity from prosecution if $XXX millions are returned and a full and frank account of the entire scam is forthcoming.

This is where the sale of the art comes in.  US DoJ has perhaps agreed that assets acquired before 2009 can be kept, but everything else is forfeited. Something like that. 

Plus Party Boy gets new US identity in witness protection program.

Or maybe minimal prison like two years. Whatever.

They make some deal which to Jho Low beats death or twenty years in prison playing cards with Bernie Madoff.
But Jho Low must show good faith and liquidate all his hard assets, and put the money in a US bank where the FBI freezes it. 

Same for the real estate like the Park Lane Hotel, where he sold his share. 

US real estate owned just by Jho Low they can seize no problem.

Soooo... That would be the big bombshell.

By now Jho Low and his partners in crime would have spoken to their lawyers,  plastic surgeons, fake passport specialists and 'where-to-buy-passports' consultants.  

As for new passports, Maputoland and Zambesiland still sell them for hard cash but sadly these countries do not exist.  Maybe soon Hududistan will issue diplomatic passports. You never know. 

The plastic surgeon option is a given. I wonder if Jasmine Loo Ai Swan still looks the same. 

I have been receiving comments that Jho Low has been hanging out at the seven star Amanpulo Resort somewhere in the Palawan Islands in the Philippines. That he has been ordering plenty of room service.  Some say the moviemaker son was also holed up there. The latest news is that moviemaker son is back in KL, along with the daughter. Mama-bear feels it is not safe anymore for her man-cubs to be outside the country.

Indeed it is unlikely that Jho Low (already the main suspect in the FBI investigations) would be able to sell  off his ill gotten art collection at US art auctions without the approval of the US Dept of Justice. Plus Jho Low made major losses on the art sales. He had to sell them in a huge hurry when he did not have to. Yes the proceeds of the art sales could have been confiscated by the FBI. 

If Jho Low has cut a deal with the FBI, he will of course sing like a canary. So would his sidekick Seet something and clerical staff like Casey Tang and Jasmine Loo Ai Swan.  They will point names and name fingers.

The 'kemaluan besar' would then befall the village idiots, the Bugis and his lot here in Malaysia.  If indictments are taken out against them by the US, they may not be able to travel outside Malaysia.  Real "kemaluan besar".  Maybe by that time the UMNO morons would have stopped mel*ncap and woken up to smell the crap. Or they may continue to mel*ncap.  Who knows. These are UMNO boys.

I have a feeling all the Malays involved in this scandal are going to get burnt.  The Bugis and clan, the really dumb CEO fellow, the two guys hiding in Indonesia, maybe some of the Directros ec. 

The non Malays including the India Rubber Man and the Chinese are going to come out the less for wear and tear.  I agree with Kurt that some may even become US citizens under their Witness Protection program.  Maybe they will end up living incognito and happily ever after in Taiwan.  I think they may have more options.

 

As for the local kampong boys, their options could be Maputoland, Zambesiland, Hududistan, Turkish Embassy on Jalan U-Thant or the Bamboo River Resort.  Meals provided.  Its happened before.  A predictable bunch.
