BE VERY CAREFUL, HARAPAN – WEAK & DESPERATE PKR WOOS HADI AGAIN: PAS CHIEF POSTS PIC WITH AZMIN & AZIZAH – BUT ON EVE OF GE14, HADI CAN TURN AROUND IN THE NAME OF ISLAM & SELL OUT HARAPAN WITHOUT BLINKING AN EYE

PAS president Hadi Awang last night posted on Facebook a picture of his meeting with PKR leaders not long after receiving praise from the prime minister for practising “mature politics”.
In the photo with Hadi were  PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, deputy president Azmin Ali and vice-president Dr Shaharuddin Badaruddin.
“Received visit by PKR leaders tonight in Kuala Lumpur,” Hadi wrote in the caption of the photo.
Azmin, who is also Selangor menteri besar, also shared the photo on Twitter with the caption: “Accompanied YB @drwanazizah and @pmshahar to visit Tuan Guru Ustaz Haji Hadi Awang, who is convalescing after surgery.”
Yesterday, Najib Razak said PAS now practised mature and constructive politics, as the Islamist party no longer opposed an issue for the sake of being in the opposition.
He said PAS adopted the principle of “tabayyun” whereby the party did its checking and verification before making its conclusion on any issues.
“In the 1MDB (1Malaysia Development Bhd) issue, PAS called (1MDB president and chief executive officer) Arul Kanda (Kandasamy) and after getting the explanation from Arul Kanda, did the party made its stand.
“PAS’ stand is that we should give 1MDB a chance to implement its rationalisation plan,” he told reporters after opening the ‘Prime Minister With The People’ programme and launch of the Machang parliamentary constituency People’s Housing Project at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bandar Machang yesterday.

In May, PAS formally broke its political ties with PKR, but remained in the PKR-led Selangor government.
PAS’ rift with its former allies in the opposition began earlier in 2015, when it broke with DAP over its insistence to implement hudud in Kelantan. The  rift also had repurcussion for PAS internally, when younger, progressive leaders, like Salahudin Ayub and Dr Mujahid Yusof Rawa, left the party to form Amanah.
PAS is now not cooperating with the opposition coalition of Pakatan Harapan, which comprises PKR, DAP, Amanah and Bersatu.
Hadi’s meeting last night has raised speculation that PAS might cooperate with PKR in the next general election.
