Abdullah Husin appointed Johor PN vice chairman

JOHOR BARU: Johor Perikatan Nasional Liaison Committee (Johor PN) have appointed state Pas Commissioner Abdullah Husin as its vice chairman.

The appointment was made in the first Johor PN meeting that was held virtually and chaired by its chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

Johor PN secretary Datuk Dr Sahruddin Jamal said the meeting discussed the formation of its main committee.

"Besides that, the meeting is more focused on the welfare of the people of Johor considering that the country is facing the Covid-19 crisis and Johor is one of the states hit by flood.

"Muhyiddin stressed to the Johor PN leadership to continue to focus on helping the people of Johor," said Sahruddin in a statement.

Besides Abdullah, the other vice chairman is Senator Nasir Hashim. - NST
