1. You would think that the UMNO fellows got kicked out in 2018 because Bossku stole at least RM2.6 billion public funds and put it into his personal account. He said the money came from Sheikh Oo Ba Doo to help him fight ISIS - just that at that time the ISIS did not exist. Maybe they had a high quality Made-in-China crystalball - they could see that ISIS was around the corner.

I beg to differ slightly. They lost the 2018 elections because of the GST that was killing the economy since 2014.  The economy just died in 2014 with that really insane 6% GST. The cebuk dalam sungai (they go to the river to wash their backsides) nutters just did not understand business, economics or finance. (They still dont). Prices went sky high because of the GST and businesses were dying. But they did not care.  So they got kicked out. I believe the GST played a bigger role in getting them kicked out in 2018.

2. On 1st July 2025 another disaster is going to happen to our country - the really dunggu Mr Formula has come out with this e-invoice crap. They want to increase their tax collection. So they just impose this e-invoice crap on the entire nation of 34 million people. Just because they dont know how to do their work, they are going to burden the entire country of 34 million people.

(If your e-invoicing is non-compliant   what it means is that you cannot expense out that item in your Profit and Loss Account. So your revenue remains the same, but on the expense side your account will show smaller expenses. So your profit will become higher (accounting wise) and so your tax liability will also automatically increase. The gomen will be able to calculate higher taxes - which is what they want. Kalau untung lebih kena bayar cukai lebih. 

My old contractor Ah Foo - he is retired now - could hardly speak a word of Malay. No English. Ah Foo will write his invoice in Chinese but most importantly the amount of the bill will appear clearly in numbers of Ringgit and sen. Ah Foo's paper invoice was good enough for the auditors as well as for the Income Tax department. But now if Ah Foo does not e-invoice me then I cannot expense out my renovation expenses. I will suffer higher taxes. I know that people like Ah Foo and this e-invoice thing are just not going to happen. And there are a million Ah Foos out there in the economy. Two days ago I had lunch with someone in a certain industry. So I asked are you ready for the e-invoice and she said 'E-invoice? What is that?'

Hello dunggus, listen carefully ok - listen very carefully. This e-invoice crap is going to be an equally huge disaster just like the GST in 2014. A friend who has been in business for 40 years said that given a choice he will just shut down his business and retire. The e-invoice is just too much hassle. He has to incur extra expenses to hire an accountant to handle the e-invoice system. Even the NGOs have to hire accountants to help sort out their e-invoices. All this costs money for the Malaysian economy - and for what? So that the gomen can collect more taxes?

Do you know that breach of the e-invoice carries a fine between RM200 - RM20,000 and/or/maybe/possibly SIX MONTHS jail !!

'In Malaysia, failing to issue e-invoices, as mandated under Section 82C of the Income Tax Act 1967, is an offense with penalties including fines ranging from RM200 to RM20,000, and/or imprisonment for up to 6 months for each instance of non-compliance'

Ayo mama!! Why are you all so stupid? Dey bodoh, people set up business to make a living. Every morning the usahawan, the entrepreneurs, the businessmen, the factory boss bangun tidur, gosok gigi, minum kopi and then go to work to make something, to sell something, to produce something. It is called the economy. Suddenly now they can be committing a crime !!  Suddenly their normal, everyday business activities can become a crime. WHY? Because their e-invoice was non-compliant, they did not do it properly, they did not do it etc bla bla. 

Why does it have to be CRIMINALISED? 
Why make it a CRIMINAL OFFENSE?
Make it a civil offense cukup lah. 
Bayar kompaun cukup lah. 
Pasai apa pula masuk penjara ENAM BULAN?? 
Bodoh.

3. And they have not stopped there. They are doing it again and again. Starting tomorrow (actually from late tonite) and for FIVE DAYS (23 - 28 May) the Klang Valley is facing some serious road closures for the AEAN Summit.

 

So many roads and road junctions will be closed. Hello brader, this is Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley lah. 60% - 70% or more of our GDP is concentrated in this area. So many road closures and for FIVE DAYS is going to cause a lot of losses to the economy. Awak boleh faham ke? Do you understand what that means?

Yesterday a friend of mine who is a businessman said he has to check his deliveries and appointments over the next five days to postpone, reschedule etc. All this will cause delays and will cost money.  The Klang Valley is going to be almost completely shut down. I had to cancel travelling into town to meet some people. We dont know how bad will be the traffic jams and the travelling time required. So we just cancelled.

Hello dunggus, the highways in KL and the Klang Valley are quite wide - with three, four, five lanes. Why do you have to close the entire highway for 10 ASEAN leaders only? Tutup satu lorong cukup lah. Ok lah kalau dia gemuk sangat, bagi dia dua lorong lah. Cukup lah. Why do you have to close the entire highway or four lane road FOR FIVE DAYS just for 10 fellows? 

You are going to cause an unbelievable amount of chaos for FIVE DAYS. 

Why not get helicopters and fly the 10 ASEAN leaders from the airport into KL? (I am sure one of your cronies can provide the helicopter service for FIVE DAYS for say 10 billion Rupees). Then you wont have to close the roads and cause so much loss for the economy. Plus your crony can make about 10 billion Rupees.

• Plus what are the 10 ASEAN fellows going to talk about? 
• ASEAN is dead. 
• ASEAN sudah mati. 
• Inna lillah. 
• Pergi saja dekat kubur China di Cheras tu, 
• korek satu lubang at least NINE FEET deep, 
• and just bury ASEAN there. 
• You are wasting time. 

• ASEAN WILL NOT NEGOTIATE THE US TARIFF HIKE AS A  BLOC. 
• Singapore, Indon, Vietnam have already met the Americans on their own. 
  
• Awak ni pekak ke? 
• It is not going to happen. 
• Dont waste OUR TIME and dont waste our public funds.

4. And they have not stopped there. They are doing it again and again. Now they are saying Letters of Appointment for all workers must pay that RM10 stamping fee. But fortunately there is no SIX MONTHS JAIL. If you dont pay the RM10 Stamp Fee they will compound you RM100. Granted the Stamp Act has been there since before Kesultanan Melaka but no one has really implemented it. 

IT SHOULD BE ABOLISHED LAH. 

Instead they are insisting that each Letter of Appointment for an employee must pay the RM10 stamping fee. There are about 14 million to 15 million workers in our economy. That is RM140 million or more tax collection from Stamping Fees alone. 

And then there are workers who work for one week and quit. Or they work for one month and quit. You will have to find a new worker. And each time you will have to issue a new Letter of Appointment for a new worker and pay more Stamping Fees. Tak ada kerja lain ke brader? Kalau tak bayar kena kompaun RM100 pula.

And are you telling me that all those workers at the gerai buah-buahan in Jitra that Dr Mahathir met the other day have Letters of Appointment?

So who exactly are you targetting?  Pilih bulu lagi ke brader?  

5. Then yesterday I also received the following. 

You would have thought that the Chinese politicians would be cleverer at running things. But they are turning out to be just as equally dumb @$$ as the other bunch of monkeys.

The Chinese politicians are equally dumb @$$ or worse. They have 40 seats, the single largest troop in the zoo. But what are they doing with their block of 40 seats? What the hell did the voters vote them for? 

The country is without  focus or direction. The contractors and property developers seem happy - development projects around the Klang Valley are surging ahead. (Which is a very good thing - thank you).

But other than that chaos seems to be setting in. If they do not resolve the US Tariffs issue it is going to be disaster.

This e-invoice is going to be another disaster. It is going to cause chaos, especially the "go to jail if your e-invoice is non-compliant"  part. Psycho bodoh betul.

Those road closures for the ASEAN Summit are going to cause massive chaos for FIVE DAYS.  

That RM10 Stamp Duty for workers' Letters of Appointment is totally stupid and unnecessary.

The Dumb @$$ Party should know better. That is what you have been screaming since 1969. We know what is best, we know what is best.  Well here is a message for you:
