JOHOR BARU: A downpour has caused flash floods at the Sultanah Aminah Hospital (HSA) here.

A four-minute, 25-second video shared on social media showed hospital staff moving out goods, equipment, and motorcycles. The flash flood reportedly began at about 5.50pm in the hospital's Lili building.

State Health and Environment Committee chairman Ling Tian Soon said he would visit the site to check on the situation. "I will go later," he said when contacted.

In the comments section of the social media post, many users said their homes or workplaces, including in the Kulai area, were also hit by continuous heavy rain. - NST
