Kedah police chief Adzli Abu Shah says police are still tracing the weapons used in the Feb 25 incident.

Kedah police chief Adzli Abu Shah said all the suspects, including a Thai woman, were believed to be linked to a group called “Geng Pak Su”, and were arrested between Feb 25 and 28 around Kubang Pasu.
He said the suspects were arrested by the Kedah criminal investigation department’s special investigation division, in collaboration with Bukit Aman.
“One of the suspects tested positive for methamphetamine and we also seized three mobile phones,” Bernama quoted him as saying today.
Adzli said investigations were still ongoing, including tracing the weapons used by the two suspects who tried to shoot Nasaruddin.
One of them fired two shots, hitting the car’s rear right door and front passenger door.
Nasaruddin, who was driving alone, then pursued the suspects for about 1km, after which they fled into a nearby industrial area.
He then drove to the immigration, customs, quarantine and security complex’s police station in Bukit Kayu Hitam to lodge a report. - FMT
