Divisional chief Razeef Rakimin says no action has been taken against the Pandan MP despite two show-cause letters being issued.

Sinar Harian reported that call for Rafizi’s sacking was made in a motion tabled at the division’s assembly yesterday, Razeef called on the party not to make a mockery of show-cause letters and to sack Rafizi if he is found to have breached the party’s constitution.
Razeef said that while some PKR leaders had said Rafizi’s criticism of the party had crossed “red lines” in the constitution, they seemed afraid to take action.
Rafizi’s ties with the PKR leadership turned frosty after he failed to be re-elected as deputy president in May last year.
He recently claimed that PKR was seeking a by-election in his constituency, after multiple calls were made for him to resign over his criticism of the government and the party.
He also claimed PKR was posturing to field former minister Tengku Zafrul Aziz in the purported by-election.
Rafizi has hinted at leaving PKR after Parliament is dissolved and defending his Pandan seat, although he has dismissed forming a new party or joining a “third force”. - FMT
