Warisan's Melalap assemblyperson Peter Anthony will face fresh criminal charges, this time in Kuala Lumpur.
The MACC, in a media invitation, said it had received permission from the Attorney-General's Chambers to prosecute Peter but did not disclose details of the alleged offence.
Peter, who is also Sabah's infrastructure development minister, is expected to be charged at the Kuala Lumpur sessions court tomorrow.
Earlier this month, Peter (above) was also charged on two separate occasions at the Kota Kinabalu sessions court.
On June 11, Peter was slapped with five charges of money laundering totalling RM8.75 million.
On June 18, he was slapped with a charge of abetting criminal breach of trust amounting to RM15,545,400 involving a land deal between 2014 and 2015. - Mkini
