Six Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) players have tested positive for Covid-19 and are in self-isolation.
In a statement, BAM said the six are all asymptomatic.
Another 91 athletes, coaches and officials at the Akademi Badminton Malaysia (ABM) in Kuala Lumpur tested negative.
"A quarantine-based training (regime) is set to be re-introduced at the national badminton centre of excellence while school activities will be conducted online over the next few days.
"The health, safety and well-being of everyone in ABM remain our utmost priority. Everyone at the association wishes the six athletes a speedy recovery," said BAM.
The identifies of the six athletes were not revealed.
Some BAM staff and players - women's double pairing Chow Mei Kuan and Lee Meng Yuan along with All England singles champion Lee Zii Jia - received their Covid-19 vaccine shot two days ago.
