COVID-19 | The Health Ministry reported 2,773 new daily Covid-19 cases yesterday, bringing the total cumulative cases to 4,568,828.
Active cases currently stood at 30,217, up 14.6 percent compared to 14 days ago.
New cases according to states are as follows:

Negeri Sembilan (155)
Penang (138)
Sabah (135)
Malacca (110)
Putrajaya (97)
Johor (60)
Pahang (60)
Sarawak (47)
Kedah (35)
Kelantan (24)

Labuan (4)
Over the past week, an average of 3.7 people were reported to have died of Covid-19, while the average for the past 30 days was 3.1, indicating that Covid-19 deaths are on the uptrend.
Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020, a total of 35,771 deaths have been attributed to Covid-19.
Last month, there were 89 deaths reported while there were 129 deaths reported in May.
The state with the highest death was Perak (2), followed by Penang (2), Johor (1), and Negeri Sembilan (1).
There are 1,252 Covid-19 patients who are hospitalised of which 47 are in intensive care.
The highest number of admissions yesterday was recorded in Selangor (165) followed by Johor (117) and Kedah (81). - Mkini
