Is ‘leaked’ judgment on Najib’s appeal authentic, asks Umno Youth

PETALING JAYA: The apex court must immediately deny a written judgment on Najib Razak’s final SRC International appeal which was published on a blog and shared on social media, says Umno Youth.

The wing’s chief Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki said it was shocking that the document had been published even even though the case was still being heard.

He then questioned if the document that was published on Malaysia Today was authentic.

“There needs to be a denial by the court to prevent any mistrust that could taint the image of the judiciary,” he said in a Facebook post.

Asyraf also said that the wing would be lodging a police report on the matter so the authorities could investigate the circulation of the judgment.
