KUALA LUMPUR: Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) is urging 31,600 prospective pilgrims to immediately respond to the haj offer following the issuance of the Haj cash offer letter for the 1444H/2023M Haj season from March 22.
TH executive director Datuk Seri Syed Saleh Syed Abdul Rahman said the board was requesting the cooperation of all prospective pilgrims this year to reply whether they agree to accept the offer of haj within seven working days from the date the letter was issued.
"Prospective pilgrims can visit www.thijari.com.my and download the ThiJARI application to check and respond to the haj offers that have been issued," he said in a statement today.
He also said that recipients of the offer letter are required to pay enough money according to the amount of haj payment stated in the offer letter in their TH account as well as getting the Treatment Record Book at any nearby TH branch to enable the health examination to be done.
"The health check-up can be done at hospitals, government or private clinics recognised by the Health Ministry and all prospective pilgrims are required to pass a health check-up to obtain a haj visa as stipulated by the government of Saudi Arabia.
"After completing the health check-up, all prospective pilgrims are asked to send the reply to the haj offer letter with the treatment record book and international passport to any nearby TH branch office," he said.
