Why fuss about Anwar's visit? Look at Hadi's claim on Saudi

"They are now driven by their belief and admiration for the Zionist Jewish powers-that-be, more than to trust in God, Islam and their fellow Muslims."

– PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang commented in 2017

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s Saudi Arabia visit has now become some sort of rallying point for the desperate intellectually and morally bankrupt opposition of this county.

Which of course means that Khairy Jamaluddin would jump on the bandwagon.

Of Anwar’s supposed “blunder”, Khairy who claims to know a lot about how these things are managed, said: “This is especially the case for people who know about Saudi culture. They won’t go during the first week of Ramadan because the schedules would go haywire during the first week.”

Really? Well according to Hadi, the Arab civilisation which all these PN types think needs to be respected is not that great after all. He said: "The Arab civilisation was respected because of Islam but is now crumbling under the weight of their own crimes by recognising the Zionist regime and neglecting Palestine and its rights.

"They are now driven by their belief and admiration for the Zionist Jewish powers-that-be, more than to trust in God, Islam and their fellow Muslims."

In other words, all these PN types are up in arms because Anwar did not meet the Saudi king and crown prince but according to Hadi, these personalities and the country they lead are all sympathetic to the Masonic-Zionist network (whatever that is) and have more belief and admiration for the Zionist powers that be instead of Allah.

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim visiting Saudi Arabia

Are all these people really saying that Anwar should be meeting with someone, who is pro-Israel and part of the system that keeps Palestinians down?

Are they really worried that Anwar did not meet the leaders of a country that had more faith in the Zionist system than in Allah?

Some folks want to have a special Parliament sitting about this visit but will they have to discuss the fact that Hadi has not only disparaged Arab civilisation but in essence accused the leadership of Saudi Arabia of abandoning the teachings of Allah and becoming proxies for the Jewish state?

Muhyiddin’s visit to Saudi

And if we are talking about prime ministerial visits, will Parliament also discuss why Hadi was conspicuously absent from former prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin's sojourn to the middle east?

After all, Hadi was the Middle East envoy so one would assume he would be the frontman of the entourage.

As reported in the press two years ago when Muhyiddin visited Saudi Arabia and the UEA, good old Hadi was a no-show. People were wondering why.

Former Shah Alam MP Khalid Samad, who was wading into all the speculation that Hadi was denied entry, said this: “It is not fair to make wild accusations but the government should not ignore the questions raised either. It is important for the Prime Minister’s Office to clarify this and put a stop to the unhealthy debate in social media.

“If indeed a visa has been denied on this ground, the government must come clean and tell Malaysians the truth.”

Of course, there is a reason for all of this. If you remember Hadi went into conniptions because Saudi Arabia, United Emirates and Bahrain had put the International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS) on their terror watch list and Hadi was a member of that group.

The Malaysian state security apparatus of course said that “As far as Malaysia is concerned, there is no threat from his (Hadi’s) involvement in the group”.

When this happened, Hadi went on his usual rant about how the Jews, the Masons and the Zionists were to blame and how these countries were now lackeys to all of the above.

Former premier Muhyiddin Yassin

This is also why during the campaign stump, Muhyiddin went on about how Anwar was part of a Jewish conspiracy to control the Malays in this country.

So what would the PN types have done if there were pictures of the prime minister shaking hands with the royals of Saudi Arabia? Would Bersatu and PAS claim like Hadi that Anwar was sympathetic to the Masonic-Jewish network?

Would they have said like Hadi claimed that Anwar was putting Israel above God, Islam and their fellow Muslims?

Actually, maybe we should have a special sitting of Parliament because then all these questions could be answered.

I honestly want to hear what Bersatu and PAS reps find so egregious about Anwar’s visit when their leader Hadi has condemned the Saudi state as a vassal for the Jewish state.

Look, as someone who has issues with the way how Anwar is running things, I have to acknowledge that my sources within diplomatic circles both retired and still serving in the Middle East, have said that the Saudi kingdom views Anwar favourably and the kind of Islamic reformer which could put a new spin on the religious discourse that the kingdom had mismanaged for decades.

What we have here are the extremist forces in this country disingenuously implying some sort of blunder on this unity government's part when their leader has basically poisoned the well when it comes to the relationship between Saudi Arabia and this country.

Could you imagine if Hadi was prime minister? What do you think the reception of the Saudi royals would be to an Islamic leader who has claimed that they are puppets to the Masonic-Jewish network and is or was a member of a group they had placed on a terror watch list?

Even when it comes to an issue like this, PN has nothing to offer Muslims in this country. - Mkini
