Kes Aneh 40% Hasil Negeri Sabah - Tidak Ada Rekod Pindaan Perlembagaan Di Dewan Tetapi Sudah Di Wartakan?? Warta Pula Di Rahsiakan Daripada Pengetahuan Umum !!

YB Sepanggar says the PINDAAN PERLEMBAGAAN  over the the 40% Hasil Negeri Sabah has indeed been gazetted (di wartakan). However YB Sepanggar says the gazette (warta) has been done in secret.

More shockingly YB Sepanggar says there was NO ACTUAL PINDAAN PERLEMBAGAAN ever recorded in the Parliament (Amendment to the Constitution) regarding this matter!!

This is quite a shocking revelation. If what YB Sepanggar says is true it means they can gazette amendments to the Federal Constitution without actually amending the Constitution inside Parliament? 

What kind of a system do we have? 

Someone now has to check ALL the gazetted amendments to the Federal Constitution  since 1957 until today to check if all those Amendments really went through the Parliamentary process?

Or did some people simply type up some suggestions to amend the Federal Constitution on a piece of A4 paper, have it "secretly" printed in the government gazette and declare that the Federal Constitution has been amended? 

Colourful Cantonese comes to mind.
