The latest manifestation of their mental infestation is their proclamation of an achievement award for a convicted criminal who is serving a 12 year jail sentence.
Is it surprising? Not really. Because the chief Poo-Bah in the land today is also a convicted criminal. Pardoned of his jail time BUT NOT PARDONED of his crime. The Pardon only pardons the TIME not the CRIME. The Menteri yang sangat Besar fellow in the north is correct. He is not a fool either. Just cantankerous. Pukul gendang.

My Comments :
The Malay vote has been steadily moving away from UMNO since before 1999.
There was a huge split in the Malay vote in 1988 with the breaking up of UMNO and the appearance of Semangat 46. Then in the 1990 General Elections, Sabah and Kelantan were lost to the Opposition. Kelantan has been 'lost' since 1990.
The other big surge in anti-UMNO votes among the Malays was in 1999. This was with the appearance of PKR. (As much as I dislike them the PKR deserves to be congratulated for their perseverance and struggle which has put them in power after 24 years.)
Again the Malay vote for UMNO was seriously diluted.
Then from 1999 onwards the Malay votes for UMNO declined steadily.
There is something else that needs to be noted carefully - which I have been repeating again and again.
Post-UMNO it took less than 12 months for the Malays to get fed up of Dr M 2.0's Pakatan Harapan. Dr M became prime minister 2.0 in 2018. By 2020 he was kicked out.
The Sheraton Move was NOT the coup d'etat that overthrew Dr M 2.0.
Lets put the horse before the cart. Soon after 2018, Dr M 2.0 became extremely unpopular with ALL Malaysians, especially Malays, when he said that all the promises made in the PH Manifesto were just empty 'election promises'. He was not going to honor any of those election promises.
They promised to abolish or reduce the tolls. Did not happen. They promised to abolish the Sedition Act. Did not happen. They promised to abolish monopolies. Did not happen. Everything was back to square one - just like under UMNO for the past 48 years prior.
The Malay people especially realised that their BEFORE and AFTER selfies were still the same. No change. Whether it was UMNO, Dr M (PH), TSMY or Sabri it made no difference.
Before and After : Tang tu juga
So in no time at all DR M 2.0 lost SEVEN by-elections in a row. The last one in Tanjong Piai was particularly disastrous when PH was not too far from losing their deposit. In just 22 months, Dr M 2.0 and the PH became so damned unpopular with the people.
Even before the Tanjong Piai disaster, Dr M 2.0's coalition partners and his closest buddies knew that Dr M 2.0 had almost completely lost the support of the people. Hence that Sheraton Move.
Then something else happened. Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin who replaced Dr M 2.0, lasted for only 17 months (till Aug 2021) as the new prime minister. He got replaced by Ismail Sabri who in turn lasted only for 16 months.
Dr M 2.0, TS Muhyiddin Yassin and Ismail Sabri thought that all the Malays in the Semenanjung would be like the Malays in Kelantan, where despite having mud water (air lumpur) coming out of their taps for 30 years the Kelantan folks keep voting for PAS. Dr M 2.0, TSMY and Sabri thought the Malays would keep supporting and voting for them. Well it did not happen.
And now five years later, despite changing the government FIVE TIMES since 2018, the people have not seen any major changes in their fates, their fortunes, their futures and in their everyday lives.
Now we have this new clown in the dock. Less than seven months in office. Again NO CHANGE in the running of the country - since 1970.
Yesterday (9/6/23) they announced rumah madani - 750 square feet for about RM300,000 plus. At 750 square feet, and with say five kids in the house, you are creating urban ghettos. Serious social breakdowns.
No change in the fate of the people, especially the Malay people. So how long will this fellow last?
The upcoming elections in those SIX States will tell us. Dont hold your breath. Or blink. They might come to an end sooner than you imagined.
