Three of them are believed to be stateless since their fingerprints are not in the national registration department's database.

Dang Wangi police chief Sazalee Adam said the suspects comprised 24 Malaysians, including one woman, and a Filipino man. The suspects, aged between 16 and 48, were arrested outside the Twin Towers last night.
“They have all been remanded until Thursday to assist in investigations for rioting with a weapon and voluntarily causing hurt with a dangerous weapon,” he said, according to Sinar Harian.
Three of them are believed to be stateless since their fingerprints are not in the national registration department’s database. They are also being probed under the National Registration Regulations 1990.
Police previously arrested 18 people, said to be unlicensed photographers, after two men were allegedly attacked by them.
Yesterday, two of the suspects were charged with rioting with a weapon and voluntarily causing hurt with a dangerous weapon after the two victims identified them in a police lineup.
They claimed trial and were each released on RM3,000 bail. - FMT
