Three MACC officers drove a WITNESS Teoh Beng Hock to death for allegedly embezzling RM2000 of State funds.

A Customs Department officer, Sarbani Mohd. who had been questioned over suspected involvement in graft and money-laundering, died after falling off the third floor of the Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) building in Jalan Cochrane.

A team of Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officers raided the office of Selangor exco Yaakob Sapari at the state secretariat in Shah Alam over a report lodged on illegal sale of sand.

Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officers raided the office of Selangor DAP executive committee member Ang Leng Kiat, who is also Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) councillor. The MACC officers tooks files and issued a seizure notice when they left and asked Ang to visit their office Tuesday or whenever he was able to do so.

While questions continue to hang over whether the government linked companies (GLCs) would see an out of court settlement with Tajudin Ramli, another issue of immediate concern is whether the on-going investigations by the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission on the tycoon will also be dropped.

KUALA LUMPUR, 22 July 2009: Kajang Municipal Councillor Tan Boon Wah today sued the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and two others for allegedly detaining and interrogating him in an unlawful manner last week. Tan is one of several people who were called up by the MACC to give statements in investigations on alleged misappropriation of the Selangor state allocation.

The MACC also raided the office of Kampung Tunku assemblyman Lau Weng Sun.

23Oct 2009: NST) - IPOH: A key prosecution witness shocked the Sessions Court here by saying that he was paid by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in relation to the corruption trial involving five people, including two former state executive councillors. "I was paid," Mohd Imran Abdullah said, in reply to a question by defence counsel Abdul Roni Abdul Rahman during cross-examination whether any payment was given to him by the MACC.

“When we arrest members from the ruling Government, including ministers, MPs, state assemblymen or businessmen, we don’t see them making a scene or creating a ruckus,” claims Mohd Sukri of MACC.

Of course they will remain confident that no harm can come to them. Remember HOW Najib reassured Razak Bajinda in his sms: “I am seeing the IGP at 11.00am today….matter will be solved…..be cool”

MA-SISSY MAY NOT TAKE ACTION AS GOVERNMENT MIGHT COME TO THE RESCUE SINCE UEM GROUP AND EPF HAS AGREED TO WAIVE RM2.9BILLION (toll compensation) OWED BY GOVERNMENT. AFTER ALL WHAT IS A RM9.8MILLION CONDO?

An irate but concerned taxpayer says he will seek out Meatworks to get a free rib-eye steak dinner. He will bring along his tax-paying wife and son.
