An Umno-linked blogger has hit out at the columnist who exposed Rosmah Mansor’s alleged shopping spree in Sydney, Australia.
“Anything that has to do with Pakatan (Rakyat) must be gay. The latest is the slander against Datin Seri Rosmah, being trumpeted by the opposition all over the world,” reads the post onPisau.Net today.
“It turns out that the source of the news used by the despicable Pakatan is a gay reporter who is also the worst reporter in Australia.”

In writing this, the blogger was attempting to make a connection between him and de facto PKR leader Anwar Ibrahim who was recently acquitted of a sodomy charge.
The blogger was referring to Andrew Hornery, who in a column for the Sydney Morning Herald, had written about Rosmah’s allegedshopping spree at a store operated by top Sydney fashion designer Carl Kapp (left in photo).
The PM’s wife was said to have purchased 61 items of clothing recently, while visiting the store with a large entourage.
‘Worst journalist’
The same posting also made reference to a website which claimed to name Australia’s ‘worst journalists’, in which Hornery has beenlisted twice.
The issue was also picked up by BN-friendly Independent Kulim Bandar Baru parliamentarian Zulkifli Nordin (right), who tweeted about it.
Contacted for comment today, Hornery dismissed his listing as ‘worst journalist’ as being unworthy of his attention.
“I have no intention on commenting on a nonsensical website of absolutely no merit created by disgraced identity (name withheld)because he did not like what I wrote about him.”

While Rosmah has denied the claims, Kapp confirmed today that purchases had been made during the visit.
