Felda Global Ventures Holdings Sdn Bhd (FGV) will now be known as Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd.
The company’s status has changed from that of a private limited to public limited company, following approval by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on Jan 18, said Felda Global Group today.
In a statement, it said that the change in status was part of the preliminary process of preparing for the company’s initial public offering (IPO) by June.
FGV has appointed several advisors for the listing on Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.
