MB Negeri Sembilan also holds the Chairman of State Islamic Affairs Portfolio. So, UMNO can BUT Pakatan Rakyat in Selangor cannot?

Since Selangor MB took over the Islamic Affairs portfolio, there is a lot of criticism from UMNO leaders and their supporting NGOs. 

An investigation had revealed that Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar, Dato' Seri Mohammad Hasan, also holds the State Islamic portfolio since 2004. 

While surfing the NS Menteri Besar's blog, it has reveal the following:

Position: • Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus (beginning 25 March 2004)

• Chairman of the State Islamic Affairs

• Chairman of the Standing Committee of Planning, Finance, Land and Natural Resources

• Chairman of the Standing Committee on Investments and Industries

• Chairman of the Standing Committee for Security and Information

Meaning, MB Negeri Sembilan has held the Islamic portfolio since 2004 and since he became MB of Negeri Sembilan. 

Is Datuk Seri Mohammad Hasan a graduated in Islamic religious studies? In fact, Datuk Seri Mohammad Hasan background is similar to Tan Sri Khalid, ie they both have a corporate background before becoming a state MB respectively. 

Why is it then that UMNO leaders and their medias playing up this issue when Tan Sri Khalid, MB for Selangor had assumed the State Islamic Affairs portfolio?
