4) As one of the Council in MBPJ, Mr Derek Fernandez never received any remuneration from the Council in providing legal advice. All advice and professional opinion as a lawyer Mr Derek Fernandez is provided without any charge in respect of the Council Committee meeting related to legal issues with the Council.
5) Next is also asserted that the council did not appoint Mr N Surendran as a lawyer of the Council and his law firm of Messrs. Edwin, Lim Soh and suren is never in MBPJ legal list.
