A new poster blaring the message appeared on the grilled chicken company’s Facebook page earlier this afternoon, in an apparent jab at a rival company in the fast-food chicken trade.
The video went viral, triggering a public furore among Facebook and Twitter users.
KFC Malaysia subsequently took to social media in a massive damage control operation.
On its Facebook page, KFC Malaysia noted the employee — who was charged with assault after the customer was punched in the face — has been suspended and a police investigation is under way.
