KFC I-City incident receiving INTERNATIONAL attention

KFC I-City incident seems to be receiving international attention while the "RACIAL" slur uttered may affect TOURISM of Chinese nationals to Malaysia if the BN government and KFC Management does not RESOLVE this matter amicably.

One point need to be stressed: "CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT" and any criticisms made by customers should be handle by staff with tact to avoid customers from non-patronising the particular establishments.
