Conduct Unbecoming, Message For The IGP

By now the IGP should know that he needs to revamp the whole police force if he wants to bring back respectability to the force in particular and the government in general. The only way he can bring back proper conduct and discipline to the force is the immediate sacking of those caught crossing the line.


I am no supporter of BERSIH or the opposition Pakatan Rakyat but that doesn't mean I must condone and close my eyes to wrongful actions of any branch of the government, particularly the very people who should be protecting us.....our police force.


Police brutality should not be tolerated by anyone including the IGP, who must not extenuate the criminal action of his men, or knowingly protect their wrongdoings.


The videos below are proofs of conduct unbecoming of the Malaysian Police force.Is the IGP going to deny the shameful acts of his men?


Was there a need for more than 10 policemen punching and kicking a lone protester.The ugly scene and undignified action of the policemen brought shame to the force. If they want to arrest him,  the proper thing to do is to restrain him, handcuff and take him to a police lockup before charging him with whatever crime he committed.





In another scenario a policeman pulled and pointed his gun chasing unarmed protesters when there was no imminent danger to his own safety. What sort of training these morons get in their police academy?





All the violent acts of the police pointed to one thing,  there is something seriously wrong with the police academy, poor selection and bad training had caused severe indiscipline and corruptions in the force.


If there were no drastic action forthcoming from the IGP than I suggest the PM replace him with someone who is prepared to take unpopular action to clean up the police force.


As far as I am concerned all those policemen caught on camera with conduct unbecoming should be sacked from the force. There should not be a second chance for these morons.
