KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 11 – The traffic situation along the North-South Expressway (PLUS) is reported increasing, but still moving smoothly, except at some stretches heading towards the north.
A spokesman at the Traffic Control Centre of Plus Expressways Bhd, when contacted, said traffic was congested from Ipoh to Slim River and Juru to Bukit Tambun as more people were returning from their holiday.
He said traffic flow on the south bound was also slow moving from Nilai to Seremban and from Port Dickson to Seremban since 3pm.
Meanwhile, a spokesman for the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) reported that traffic was building from Nilai to Port Dickson before and after the exit at the Ayer Keroh toll plaza.
At the Simpang Pulai toll plaza, he said traffic was slow moving at both directions.
However, he said, the traffic was still under control.
