The Kuala Lumpur High Court has dismissed former Perak MB Mohamad Nizar Jamaluddin’s RM50 million defamation suit against Sistem Televisyen Malaysia Bhd (TV3) over the WWW1 license plate issue.
Justice Yeoh Wee Siam made the decision today and ordered Nizar to pay costs.
Nizar in his suit claimed that TV3's news report on Buletin Utama last May 30 was malicious and had portrayed him as being against the royal institution.
