PAS vice president Husam Musa believes that the latest sex video purportedly involving a senior leader of a Pakatan Rakyat party is a "fake" and that his party need not investigate.
"It can be made up. If they can make up videos involving (PKR de facto leader) Anwar Ibrahim, they can make up videos of anyone.
"I don't think PAS has to investigate this," he said when met this morning.

Eight days before nomination day, a video allegedly of a senior PAS leader having sex with an unknown woman in what appeared to be a hotel room made its rounds of several pro-Umno bloggers since late yesterday.
It depicts an individual having sex with an unidentified woman and then later getting dressed.

Pro-Umno blogger Papagomo has alleged that the woman was paid by PKR, insinuating infighting within the opposition Pakatan Rakyat coalition.
The video has since been removed from Youtube.
'Culprits will face God's wrath'
Husam, who was on his campaign trail at Putrajaya meeting with workers today, said those behind the video will face God's wrath.
"The perpetrators will be punished by God (dilaknat) twice.
"In Islam, even if something is true, you cannot spread it around and shame people," said Husam, who will contest in the federal administrative capital.
Although he did not answer when asked if he has watched the video, Husam said it will have no impact on Pakatan's campaign.
"Only in Malaysia do we have these sex video issues.
"Here in Putrajaya, we stand for the rule of law. Those behind the video should be nabbed," he said.

Meanwhile Terengganu police say they have arrested two individuals, said to be PKR members, who were allegedly distributing VCDs of the video in Besut yesterday.
Mud slinging begins
The video comes following Anwar's warning on March 29 that more sex videos are being planned against Pakatan in the run up to the hotly contested general election.
“I have received information from Prime Minister Najib Razak’s side, that in two more weeks there will be more trouble (for me).
“His abuse and slander will be more fantastic, more terrible.
“They want to create a crisis of confidence (against me) and they do not care whether (the allegations) are true or not,” Anwar said during a ceramah in Batu.

Other Pakatan leaders who have been smeared in the same manner are Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar and incumbent Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim.
