KUALA TERENGGANU: Datuk Seri Ahmad Said will be retained as Terengganu Mentri Besar for a second term after he received consent from Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin.
Ahmad, 56, sought an audience with the ruler at Istana Badariah at 2.45pm, after he had received the appointment letter from Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak earlier.
The swearing-in ceremony will be held in the next few days concurrent with the swearing-in of Exco members. - Star
