The Day After ..

What a night. The biggest winner is the DAP with 38 Parliamentary seats. The biggest loser is of course PAS with just 21 Parliamentary seats. Even the PKR has gone down by one seat from 31 to 30.

The people have spoken. Now we can also see what is in their minds. There are only two minds here - the Chinese and the Malay. It is sadly boiling down to just that.

We will have to analyse the election results over the next few days, weeks and months. First I want to reproduce here some comments that were sent in last nite. (Because it is fast and easy and I am still reading the papers etc).

13th. GE - indeed rkyt have spoken:
1. the Bumis in Sbh n Swk are still united under BN.
2. the Mlys are stupid n disunited but more with BN.
3. the Chinese are united under Dap n rejecting BN.
4. the Chinese want power only for themselves.
5. racism is the only criteria for the Chinese; not performance n competency.
6. the Chinese disregard setiakawan n ungrateful.
7 . the Chinese don't want to share power with BN anymore. So no more in cabinet, exco, Pbt, GLC, etc.
8. the Mlys need to unite for their own future.
9. the biggest loser is pas; jadi kuda tunggangan orng Cina dap.
10. DSN must revisit all pro Chinese policies yg merugikan Bumi/Mly.
11. form a Mly govt vs chinese opposition as wanted by the chinese.

Aint it wierd, Pas won a lot of seats in Treangganu. This is clearly cah keting. UMNO dont like the current MB and yet he pretended that he being popular. This guy self interest is higher than the party. Just like Najib, voices from below say no to Zulkifli but he listen to his so called consultants and still have faith in Zulkifli and see UMNO Shah Alam cah keting Zul out from politic same as Ibrahim ALi. And in Perak close tie. MCA/GERAKKAN look like have been wipe out from the map. MIC Palavanel onlky won less than 600 votes. UMNO Najib doesnt learn ad fail to realised that UMNO want Local boys as their heroes not outsiders. Khairy won even though not liked so a post is waiting for him as cabinet minister may be youth minister. MCA should not sideline Ong Ka Teng and Lee Hha Beng as they have signed their own death warrant so for now on MCA/Gerakkan not relevant to the CHinese . UMNO have to find ways to mend and work with DAP. Kick out MCA/Gerakkan. The have not done enough. Looking at the result if good for Malaysian even though race is a factor. Now who ever goverment the country and states they have to buck up and deliver what the people expected. No jump ship as the people will punished them. Wangsa Maju fall back to PKR that means even Mr Wee contest he may loose and he took the right move not to contest. Next PM- Ali Rustam . Syed your dream did not materialiase inclusing most of us. AI still win even Saiful pray and sumpah in front of Kaabah. Something amiss here. Pepole still like and have hopes in AI, why? May be I am wrong.

Bodohnya Melayu. Where there was a Cina DAP candidate and a MCA BN Chinese candidate, the Melayus did not come out to vote. Because no Melayu name. Hellooooo itu BN punya icon, tak kisah la Cina, Bengali or India, just go and conteng x against the dacing icon lah! Bodohnya Melayu. That is why the Qs on polling day were filled with Cina with a handful of Melayus in these areas where the BN candidate was a MCA Chinese candidate. The Cina came out in droves and where they had a choice to vote for a DAP Chinese or a MCA Chinese, of course la they voted for the DAP Chinese. You think the MCA Chinese candidate is going to lose sleep he lost ah? Think again. As long as Cina won, their game plan is on. You think the Cina is going to vote for PAS and PKR ah? Think again. PKR and PAS also made up of bodoh punya Melayus. The Cina took them for a ride. Ride on them that is. The Melayu will never learn. That is why people keep calling Malays bodoh punya Melayu. I wish Tun Mahathir could talk to them. He will say ' I rest my case. The Malays are bodoh indeed!'. Frust la aku.

Chineses does not want money. Chinese school too doen not want money. Chinese are rich they have everthying and within reach. What they want is GOOD GOVERMENT and A SAFE COUNTRY and oppurtiny for them to make more mony like during DR M rules. The young Chinese generation are IT savy and they want a better malaysian for them, freedom and to be listen. Najib is making the wrong move in wooing the chinese, not becasue of money. The young Chinese generation want them to be know as Malaysian even though they are still still Chinese Malaysian not yet Malaysian Chinese. Najib, you got too many concultant around you and that is no good when the chinese does not really need consultant to built their business. It a dissapointmnet as Najib choose to work on his own without including those calibre people withing party members. That is why GE 13 rely on his popularity adn no BN.I am dissapointed

A very sad nite for Malaysia. Malays are split while the Chinese are united to rule. As an observer from across the causeway and a Malay Muslim I consider Malaysia the last frontier -Tanah Melayu. Damn! Teringin sangat nak Cina berkuasa mari duduk kat Singapore. Nanti dapat belajar apa makna democracy terpimpin.

It is pretty obvious that the majority of the chinese people will not vote BN for whatever reasons.
It is time for the malays to unite. How and when can only be answered in due time. Our children's future depend on what we are doing now.
But for now, the future of the malays, looks bleak...

Nurul was on the losing side but why she won? She won of sympathy vote. Voters are angry with the sex video circulated that was said of her. Pengundi hantu no impact on her. AI won is not because people dont believe in the alegation but because since 1998 it all about his sex videos, homoseksual and nothing else. The Malays dont like it. They dont like to embrassed another malay muslim. WHat he does is withing him and Allah. As long as the issue keep alive AI will still be winning but will never take the seat as PM. BN expecially UMNO never learn DO not touch on Nik Aziz character. His word is sarced to the Kelantanese and UMNO still havent learn. Im still disapointed.

Tahniah! DS Najib for winning PRU13. And to you too Tn.Syed, you also play a good part in it. True, polarisation and extremism have shown its ugly faces, and the chinese are turning away from BN. All because of the jihadists, the serbanists and the talibanists. We are all Allah's creations and we shall not hate each other. Love one another. And read my blogs

Gd morning SAA. I am a Pakatan supporter. I still believe that Malaysia should have a change of government but that should wait for another 5years. For now, BN had won and we all should accept it. If Anwar is not accepting, then perhaps he is not fit to be the opposition leader. We in the opposition must kick him out. Till then, we should close ranks and work to achieve our 20202 Vision. Congratulations again and good night.

Confirm Najib /BN cannot get 2/3.  Will he stay or will he resign.Let see if Mahayuddin has the ball to ask Najib to step down.  Mahayuddin was vary outspoken in 2008 against Abdullah badewi.

  2. This is what i would want PM Naji to do :

(btw, i am a non partisan, non member of any political party - a Malaysian)

    Dear PM,

Congratulations on being elected to rule our beloved country again.

I'll keep this short and sweet. You have an opportunity to be a Statesman or an oridinary politican fighting for his political life.

If I were you, I will not look at who voted for or against BN, but what the voters across the divide are trying to say.

On one part, it is a vote for CONTINUITY and STABILITY.
On the other, it is a vote against CORRUPTION, HEGEMONY, CRONYISM and POLITICAL POMPOSITY.
Politics IS Perception. This is how the people, through their own lens have decided to perceive you and BN.
You can be a statesman, think outside the box, and make decisions that will take you AND the country to a dramatically different state of wealth, harmony and all round success. This may involve doing things you have never done before, like firing all your current advisors, LISTENING directly to Malaysians of all backgrounds, working with people and parties you have not worked with before, ruthlessly rooting out corrupt and self serving politicians, etc.. I think you are smart enough to see this, BUT the billion dollar question is,do you have the will to execute it ?
If you do, you'll become one of, if not the greatest statesman that Malaysia ever had. If you do not do it soon enough, the current status quo inside your party may not allow you to move on to bring about real transformation to our beloved Malaysia anyway.

    Thank you.
    A concerned citizen of Malaysia
