Deceased brother N.Harikrishnan 31 informed us that on 10/4/14 at 3pm they were informed by Encik.Abadi from Kajang Prison that his brother died due to HIV.
When Harikrishnan, his mother Letchume 54 and his sister Siti Hajah Kavitha 37 went to Kajang Mortuary at 3.45pm there Abadi and a male Magistrate inform them that Harirajan died around 6am of Aids and they can take the body.
When the family saw the body, they were shock to see bruises at chest, head, stitch at above right eye and both ears bleeding.
Outside the mortuary Magistrate gave a blank paper to Harirajan to sign so that they can process to release the body. Unhappy with the condition of his brother, Harikrishnan refused to sign the blank paper and insisted for a postmortem to be done.
And they finally agreed to do postmortem the next day 9.30am. Unhappy with the condition of deceased body, Harikrishan lodge a police report at IPD Kajang.
Enter JAIM but where is the circumcision & course to enter Islam
11/4/14, Harirajan’s Postmortem started at 9.30am. Kajang Mortuary at 10.00am, Jabatan Agama Islam Kajang came and informed the deceased family that Harirajan is a muslim.
Deceased family was shock, when Harirajan’s sister Siti Hajah Kavitha(a muslim) asked JAIM, when did he “sunat” and sit for “Khrusus masuk Islam” and proof of convert ID? JAIM kept mum to the entire question asked and they left.
Postmortem ended around 3pm and JAIM came again and informed the deceased family that they don’t have proof of conversion and they can take the body.
Deceased family requested the pathologist for the postmortem report which he refuse to give and the family refuse to take the body until they get the postmortem report. To this the pathologist asks family to come on 14/4/14 Monday. - Facebook post
