A party re-election, once ordered, should involve all posts and not just select posts, DAP said today following the Registrar of Societies (ROS) order for MIC to hold re-elections.
ROS spared the top two posts in the party in their re-election order to the BN component, but DAP organising secretary Anthony Loke said a re-election must involve nominations and also voting.
"Let's see how ROS handles this (MIC election issue)," he said today.
Earlier DAP was also ordered to conduct a re-election over a single tabulation error, but despite completing it ROS until today has not settled the matter with the opposition party. -M'kini
