Hi,
I am a teacher in SMK Laloh Kuala Krai. My school is totally under water. My quarters, along with other teachers' quarters are now fully submerged. The water has receded a bit today. People are dying, starving, cold, and injured. In here everything is in a total mess. Some of my colleagues went missing because they are hiding in the hills, running away for their very lives with their families. No news so far from them. I was lucky enough to run away before the flood turned bad.
It took 3 days for the aid to come. People had to break in a kedai runcit to get food. Choppers are flying around and then leave. Leaving the people utterly confused. Being so near to their death, feeling of being abandoned and got no where else to go.
One of my colleagues sent me an sms telling me there were people who died in the hills. I dont know about the rescue mission. The choppers just come and then leave. Clearly we are not having enough assets despite being told that help is on the way.
Please spread the news that there are many people are stranded in the hills. Stranded in their own homes unable to get out. Machang, Tanah Merah, Kota Bharu are badly affected. Help our people! Please..

Assalamualaikum.
Keadaan di SMK Laloh paras air ada menunjukkan penurunan. Tan Sri Anuar Musa datang membawa roti. Seorang anak cikgu sekolah saya dibawa menaiki helikopter kerana cedera di kaki tertusuk besi. Bekalan makanan dan air bersih ada namun semakin berkurangan.
Masih ramai yang hilang tidak dapat dihubungi. Masih ramai berlindung di bukit bukit. Ada yang mati lemas, ada pula yang meninggal dunia di bukit. Keadaan masih lagi meruncing dan membimbangkan. Ya Allah..
Hospital Kuala Krai masih tiada bekalan elektrik dan air. Sekarang bergantung kepada bateri dan generator yang tidak boleh bertahan lama. Helikopter tidak dapat mendarat.
Banyak helikopter berlegar legar di kampung Laloh dan di hospital namun tidak dapat banyak membantu.
Keadaan di daerah lain ada terputus bekalan elektrik dan air. Sungai Kelantan sudah melimpah sehingga Taman Harmoni di Bandar Baru Tanah Merah tenggelam satu tingkat. Banyak kampung kampung terputus hubungan dan tak terbilang keluarga yang terperangkap. Kota Bharu sudah lumpuh ditelan air bah.
Saya sangat menghargai jasa polis, bomba, dan tentera bekerja keras membantu mangsa banjir. Kepada rakyat Malaysia, jarak memisahkan kita untuk membantu namun doa kepada tuhan tidak mengenal sempadan, teruskan berdoa dan berdoa.
