KOTA KINABALU – A top Sabah Barisan Nasional leader is being investigated over an alleged threat against the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Juhar Mahiruddin.
The head of state is believed to have lodged a police report following the swearing-in of Tan Sri Musa Aman as Sabah Chief Minister on the night of May 10.
Sabah police commissioner Datuk Ramli Din confirmed that Juhar had lodged a report against Musa, but declined to comment on Sunday.
When contacted earlier, Comm Ramli, however, said that there was no ongoing probe on treason involving a senior politician.
