Azmin must quit if guilty – Anwar's aide breaks his silence

Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak has been dragged into the alleged high-profile sex scandal, with certain quarters inferring that he could be part of the campaign against Economic Affairs Minister Azmin Ali.
Azmin himself claimed that he is now convinced the sex videos implicating him was an inside job when commenting on Farhash's alleged disappearance since the issue came to light last week.
However, Farhash, who is PKR president Anwar Ibrahim's political secretary, denied his involvement.
On the same note, the Perak PKR chief said Azmin should resign if there is overwhelming evidence against him.
“Azmin must quit if he is guilty,” he told Malaysiakini this afternoon.
Farhash also noted how the entire episode has turned into a “blame game” with fingers pointed at various individuals.
“I am Anwar's political secretary, so it is convenient to make me a target for baseless accusations,” he added.
Farhash, who is currently on leave to work on his PhD in management, also denied that he met Haziq Abdullah Abdul Aziz at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) when the latter was en route to Manila.
Referring to blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin's allegation, he said this was nothing more than slander.
Haziq (above), who confessed to being the person in the videos, was arrested at KLIA last Friday and released on police bail the next day.
The Santubong PKR Youth chief is being investigated under multiple sections, including for carnal intercourse.
Haziq also claimed that Azmin was the other person in the video. The latter has described this as a nefarious plot to ruin his political career.
Earlier, Perak PKR deputy chief MA Tinagaran also confirmed that Farhash is on leave and not missing as claimed. - Mkini
