"MALAYS 'SOLD THEIR DIGNITY' FOR A PACKET OF NASI LEMAK"

The recently concluded Malay Dignity Congress speaks in volume BUT failed to address the core root of the failures of Malays in Malaysia.

Rather than concentrating on their own failures, speakers spoke to 'insult' or undermine the non-Malays as their reasoning for their failure.

Malays think this nation owes them a living.

Malays need to realise that in the very near future, the Malay community need to stand on their own with no help whatsoever since the government will be unable to offer them any benefits and privileges sought that have been received so far as inducement for their undivided support for their Malay parties.

Oil is depleting, palm oil not wanted due to 'bad' government policies.

Where is the money going to come from?

Malays have to shed the "aku punya negeri" mentality and work hard to feed their families.

Malays have to learn to work together with the non-Malay counterparts to see Malaysia a progressive and happy nation.

The time has come for the Malays to CHANGE THEIR MINDSET and not to listen to their politicians and NGO leaders with ulterior motives who want to fulfill their own political agenda with a "packet of nasi lemak".

Have the Malays become so CHEAP?

Malays are actually intelligent people and if they put a good effort of work and learn from their past mistakes and work with their non-Malay citizens, the Malay community will flourish in this multi-racial, multi-religious and multi-cultural society in Malaysia. - Mohd. Kamal Abdullah
