CORONAVIRUS | Ikea Tebrau is temporarily closing its food for takeaway service after a staffer tested positive for Covid-19.
In a statement on its website, Ikea Terbau said it was informed of the diagnosis on April 1.
"We are working closely with the public health officials and will act on their advice," it said.
It said there will be a thorough cleaning and sanitisation of the whole store, its common areas and facilities.
"We will take all necessary actions to ensure the safety of our customers and co-workers as they are our utmost priority and we urge everyone to take their own precautionary measures as well to be protected from Covid-19."
It said the store will only be reopened once they receive clearance from the authorities. - Mkini
