PRESIDENT PUTIN SUSPECTS FOUL PLAY IN IRAN CHOPPER CRASH

 Well because Mr Putin has offered Russian assistance to Iran to determine the real cause of the crash. He says so in this video here.  Meaning Russia is not convinced that it was a simple mechanical failure or some other 'accident'.
