Kuala Lumpur City Hall says it identified the premises following several days of surveillance before it took action.

In a Facebook post, DBKL said the premises were identified following several days of surveillance in the area.
“The internal structure, believed to have been built with special rooms for prostitution activities, has been demolished.
“All items related to prostitution activities were seized and transported to the seizure depot at Jalan Lombong, Cheras, for recording and documentation purposes,” it said.
DBKL said it also issued four compound notices under the Licensing of Trades, Businesses and Industries By-Laws (Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) 2016.
It said further enforcement and monitoring will continue at the identified hotspots, and encouraged the public to report information they may have through the official channels. - FMT
