The Facebook user allegedly made threatening remarks at an enforcement officer after a fracas involving a balloon vendor.

KUALA LUMPUR: A Facebook user will be charged in court tomorrow for allegedly making threatening remarks at a city enforcement officer following a fracas involving a balloon seller in March.
City police chief Rusdi Isa said the suspect will be charged with criminal intimidation and making statements conducive to public mischief.
The case arises from an operation by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) against unlicensed traders on March 28 which led to a scuffle with the balloon seller at Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman.
Following the incident, police received three reports, one of which was from a DBKL officer regarding the circulation of his photo on Facebook accompanied by threatening remarks. - FMT
