SHAH ALAM: The High Court here has fixed four days from Aug 13 to 21 to hear Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s defamation lawsuit against ....

Lawyer Rafique Rashid Ali, appearing for the two-time former prime minister, said the hearing dates were fixed during a case management before judicial commissioner Zaharah Hussain today.

The trial will run from Aug 13 to 14 and from Aug 18 to 21.

 

KES NO. 2 DIA PULA SAMAN SIVIL ORANG LAIN - PUN JADI

KUALA LUMPUR (March 5, 2025): .. has settled his defamation lawsuit against Kuala Terengganu member of Parliament (MP) Datuk Ahmad Amzad Hashim, which stemmed from allegations that he had received RM15 million from the Selangor government while serving as its economic adviser.

The High Court in Kuala Terengganu recorded the settlement on Wednesday with no costs before judge Datuk Hassan Abdul Ghani.

After the settlement, both parties released a statement saying they decided to end the defamation suit, considering the legal costs and other pressing issues that require their attention.

My Comments:

Habis macam mana depa nak jawab? Sudah ada DUA KES SAMAN SIVIL yang melibatkan dia sewaktu dia 'pegang jawatan' lagi.

Kes yang pertama Dr Mahathir saman sivil dia di mahkamah. 
Kes akan bermula 13hb Ogos ini. 
Dan Dr Mahathir sebut terang-terang bahawa dia saman sivil kawan tu sebab jawatan dia. 
Dr Mahathir kata : "statements were made in his capacity as p---e m-----r and, as such, had a far more devastating effect on him (Dr M) than similar statements made by ordinary citizens".

 

Habis dia tak kata pun dia ada immunity. 

Dia tak kata pun Dr M tak boleh saman sivil dia sebab dia ada immunity.

Dia tak buat sebarang permohonan kepada Federal Court atas alasan 'the civil case against him could affect his role in carrying out his duties". 

How come? 

Kes no. 2 pula dia yang saman sivil orang lain. 
Dan kes itu pun diputuskan sewaktu dia sudah 'pegang jawatan'.

Mahkamah tidak batalkan kes itu atas alasan  'the civil case could affect his role in carrying out his duties". No such thing.

Dia saman sivil orang lain boleh pula. 
Banyak cantik.

Sekali lagi, sudah silap strategi lah brader.

Orang Feng Shui telah buat ramalan bahawa bulan Jun ini akan berlaku 'goyah'. 
Goyang, gempa, AL RAJIFATU.
